Skiller Keyboard Review, Not Worth It

Skiller Keyboard Review
I have given this 2 stars because of the cosmetics. Within seconds of removing the keyboard from the box I was disappointed. The decals for the keys (the letters/numbers/etc) look as if they were put on by a child. I remember back to the days I made model cars and the ships of Star Trek. I had to first soak my decal in warm water to loosen it from its paper, and also dab some water on my ship to ensure an easy slid. The transparent edges would sometimes wrinkle and if you did not hurry they would dry and it would look cruddy. Some of these key decals look like that. One example that stands out the most is the number 9 on the number keypad; I took a close up photo. The second issue with cosmetics is there is a white film all over the black of the keyboard. Of course I have wiped some of it off, but in some areas it just comes right back. I am going to try and use some soft cleaning agents to see if I can remove it forever.
I was also disappointed with some of the custom options. No ALL keys can be programed and some of the native keys are just unneeded. I can make due, but I was hoping based on the manufactures description that ALL could be programed.
The feel is toyish, it is responsive but I have used other mechanical keyboards (I am an IT Tech-but not a rich one) and one of my business customers bought one and spent some good money and the feel of that is rich and tight. This keyboard feels cheap and toyish. Of course since I dropped the money for it I will use it because it is better than the big box junk keyboards, I hate those. One day I will buy a good mechanical keyboard but this keyboard is just not it and if I had it to do over knowing what I now know I would not have bought it, I would have saved my money and waited.
I am really disappointed about the cosmetic issues, but returning anything to Newegg is out of the question, return shipping will kill the benefit of a return. This is not what I was hoping or looking for
