#BreakingNews 12-26-15 #Worldwide Release More 12-25-15 https://t.co/PaelIqgWJI #CBS @NBC @ABC #AmReading PLS RT News Channel 5 and WKRN both out of Nashville Tennessee continue to report that Ft. Nashborough existed, they do not vett their sources. Reporters are removed from the desk for reporting untruth yet these two stations continue to report this myth.
It started over a name fight, the name Nashborough never existed in the history of Nashville it was a vague mention in a book to attempt to change the name. As of 12-6-15 I shut down the DeWayne Watts Facebook page. I coild not get the following needed to justify maintaining thst page with Twitter & my site here. so you can keep up with me here or on Twitter.
Watched "Superstore" on NBC and was left feeling robbed. In my book "The Boy in The Wood" there is a point early on where the reader is allowed to 'hear' Mark's thoughts. Now Mark is still young and the reader is allowed to hear how he feels about living on Homestead, here is the quote from the book....
" After all, he figured, tomorrow would be like today and today was like yesterday, nothing was due to change from day to day, so why be in a hurry for the day you were in to end." So now back to the show "Superstore". In the pilot the floor manager is talking to the new hire. She is expressing her feelings about working at 'Cloud 9' for as long as she has. The new hire is a young good looking man that she is talking to. She then makes a statement about her lot in life that is nearly exactly as Mark's line above. So could it be chance? Doubtful, I spent a lot of time writing that simple phrase. I wanted it to be unique and sound like me, the real me. I achieved that. The statement as a whole is uniquely tied to my way of thinking. It would be great odds for two writers to come that close to writing a statement that unique. 'The Boy in The Wood" has sold over 3,000 copies, I do not know who has bought and read it, but I do know since my lines are being lifted from it and used on this new show someone there has. The book was published almost 2 years ago now, enough time. So, do I want anything from them plagiarizing my book? They are a "Superstore", if you are going to lift lines from my book at least set up a display of my books in the store as if they are for sale so the camera can capture them now and again, and leave the display up throughout the show for all to see. A real floor display, my real books, using DeWayne Watts. It is the least they can do if I am ghost writing some lines. It does cause some negative feelings to have copyrighted material stolen. |
