However on the same day that I got the above letter I got a second offer that if I get my recalled switch fixed I will get a $25 gift card. This offer had my VIN# on it (see below letter). Okay here is the totally confusing part GM.
1) I got my first offer to get my recalled switch fixed a few days AFTER I got it fixed. i posted on Twitter several weeks after that I never got my $25.00 gift card. You replied on Twitter that I did not fall within the date range, I posted an image of the offer back showing that it was dated December 1st 2014.
2) In the above replies you asked for my address because as you stated you were going to mail me a gift anyway (you failed to keep that second promise).
3) When I posted an image of the offer card your reply was (well IF you got the card you should get more information)
So the day I got your letter I get another offer to please get my recall switch fixed by Jan 1st 2015 and I will get a $25.00 gift card.
Here is the confusing part GM/Chevy, you sent me an offer for a $25.00 gift card to get my recall fixed, however I had my car recall fixed and YOU DMed the date to me on Twitter. But then I get another card offer encouraging me to get my recall fixed.
GM/Chevy I got my recall fixed and YOU know it, you told me the date on Twitter. So now I have documentation of three offers for a gift card that you do not intend to keep. Your clean up of the mess YOU made and were fully aware that would happen is as bad as the bodies littering the CEO's desk. If you do not intend to truly send out the gift card please stop sending me the offers to get one if I get my recall fixed.
